Pricing questions
The figure in your proposal is fixed once the scope and site conditions are confirmed. We carry a defined contingency for hidden issues, and any change is priced and approved before work continues.
Planning fees, building control charges, party wall surveyor fees and loose furniture are listed separately. Your proposal shows exactly what sits inside the contract price and what does not.
Initial consultations and feasibility advice are free. Measured drawings, planning packages and full material schedules are charged as a design fee, which is credited against the build if you appoint us.
Payments are staged against completed milestones, never upfront for the whole project. The schedule is agreed before work starts and every invoice is matched to a stage sign off.
Yes. A common route is a Signature kitchen now with a loft or extension later. We can plan the structure and services so the second phase is straightforward.
